Are sales Items eligible for a return?
All Sale products are considered as “final sale”. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for return or store credit. For every question about fitting, size etc, feel free to contact our customer service and don’t forget to take a look at our size chart.

Can I cancel an order?
Once you place an order, we process it automatically and we are unable to cancel it. If you like to cancel/change color, size, once you received your product contact us until 7 days to start a return, we will provide you a store credit for the same amount. How can I contact the Customer Care Team?
You can get in touch with us, by clicking and filling our form here. We usually reply until 24-48 h.
What Can I do if my product it’s damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, contact us until 7 days, go to our return section click here and fill the form. Once we have ascertained the damage, we will refund the sum you paid or at your choice we can provide a store credit.
What about delivery cost and time?
Please take a look at our Shipping Policy page for all the info. We offer free delivery for orders over 40 $ in the United State and 40 € Europe, we deliver also worldwide, for rates and times start the checkout and follow the steps to take a look to delivery fees, carries and times available.
How do I track my order?
Once we deliver your order, you will automatically receive a mail or sms (depending on what you selected at the checkout), with your Tracking Id in order to track your purchase. Please be sure to supply the correct mail address.
What about Pre-Orders?
At Looca we are glad to always update our inventory with more quantities of our best sellers, or adding new variants of colors, fabric or launching new products or collections. When you see the PRE-ORDER option on your product page, It means the restock is in progress and you can place your order in advance. Your purchase will be delivered with priority once the product will be available. Please note that usually delivery time for PRE-ORDERS are between 7-14 work days. Can I order only a top or a bottom or mixing styles?
Unluckily at the moment all our products are considered as set, take a look at your SIZE CHART before placing your order.
